Order and Production of "Personalised Stamps"

It is possible to depict on the "Personalised Stamp" coupon:

• logotype, trade mark of your company;
• personal photo;
• photo of your friends, children, relatives;

Individual and juridical person, physical body - entrepreneur can order "Personalised Stamp".

Image is superimposed into the blank "Personalised Stamp" coupon:
• photo of relatives, portraits of state and famous persons (only in the presence of person's permission, whose photo are going to be superimposed);
• logotype or trade mark of juridical person (only in the presence of documents, established in accordance with legislation, on right to use this trade mark, logotype (certificate, licence).

It is permitted to draw expressions and images with politic character or those, which are contrary to ethic norms, legislation of Ukraine, contain threat for sovereignty of Ukraine.
0.70 UAH face value of the “Personalised stamp” corresponds to mail rate of non-registered letter or postcard with weight to 20 grams inclusive in the territory of Ukraine. 1.00 UAH face value of the “Personalised stamp” corresponds to mail rate of non-registered letter or non-registered postal packets with weight to 100 grams inclusive in the territory of Ukraine.

Minimum order of "Personalised Stamp" is the following:
• individual person - 1 stamp sheet;
• juridical person - 10 stamp sheets.

Price of one stamp sheet with 22 stamps (Stamps ##808, 809, 810)- 60,60 UAH.
Price of one stamp sheet with 22 stamps (Stamps #898 "Congratulatory")- 69,90 UAH.
Price of one stamp sheet with 18 stamps (Stamp #811 "Oranta The Victress") - 54,60 UAH.
Price of one stamp sheet with 18 stamps (Stamp #874 "Happy New Year! Merry Christmas!") - 66,60 UAH.

Coupon without thematic postage stamp is not valid for postal services payment. Customer can make an order of "Personalised Stamps":
• personally at the "Personalised Stamp" centre of Postage Prepayment Impressions Development Directorate of USEP "Ukrposhta" to the address: 22 Khreschatyk Str. Kyiv 01001 (entrance hall of Kyiv Post Office);
• to mail an order to the address: 22 Khreschatyk Str. Kyiv 01001 Directorate Postage Prepayment Impressions Development Directorate of USEP "Ukrposhta";
• by e-mail: philatel@stamp.kiev.ua.

The payment of "Personalised Stamp" is made in the amount of 100% after subscription of order form or Contract on production and delivery of articles according to the established prices: by cash (at the "Personalised Stamp" centre) or cashless settlement.

Postage Prepayment Impressions Development Directorate produces "Personalised Stamps" on the basis of concluded contracts on production and delivery of articles and order forms of customers.

Order is made after receipt of customer's confirmed documents and 100% payment for "Personalised Stamp" production.

Terms of order performance is 3 - 10 working days from the moment of taking an order.

Finished "Personalised Stamps" send to customer in terms determined with contract according to the order provided for the delivery of registered letter with advice of delivery.

In case the customer wishes to receive finished "Pesonalised Stamps" personally, such mark should be made in the order form or contract and he/she receives finished articles under his/her signature at the "Personalised Stamp" centre.

Sides form the acceptance deed of "Personalised Stamp" with superimposed images by signature of expenditure invoice (juridical person and physical body - entrepreneur).

Postage Prepayment Impressions Development Directorate is responsible for quality of superimposed image in the blank coupon.

Postage Prepayment Impressions Development Directorate reserves the right to refuse the production of certain images with validating of such refusal verbally. In such case the customer receives money paid for order.

Incorrectly made and unpaid orders are not carried out.

Individual person

Customer fills in the order form in two copies. During order form infill individual person should show the executor the following documents:
• identity card (passport, military card, document, which replaces passport);
• give wishful image in hard copy or electronic format, at your service is photographic studio of executor;
• proper permission of persons, whose photos are going to be superimposed.

Juridical person

Customer concludes a contract with executor in two copies. During the execution of the contract juridical person should provide the executor with the following documents:
• certified copy of founding documents that confirm the right of enterprise to conduct its business and identify person, who has the right to conduct a contract;
• certified copy of certificate of state registration;
• certified copy of certificate on enterprise entry into the United State Register of Enterprises and Organisations of Ukraine;
• certified copy of the document about the appointment of the person, who is authorised to sign contract or letter of attorney;
• documents, which identified the person, who represents the interests of contractor or is authorised to sign a contract;
• certified copy of taxpayer certificate;
• wishful image in electornic format;
• legislative document on right to use the image

Physical body - entrepreneur

Customer concludes a contract with executor in two copies. During the execution of the contract physical body should provide the executor with the following documents:
• copy registration certificate of private entrepreneur;
• copy of certificate of taxpayer registration;
• document, which confirms the registration of taxpayer;
• wishful image in electornic format;
• proper permission of persons, whose photos are going to be superimposed;
• legislative document on right to use the image (if necessary).
